HOW DOES IT WORK
HOW DO I ORDER?
You can place your order either online or using one of our order forms. Should you choose to place your order on our website, simply click on the "Shop" tab and select the labels you require. The order form can be completed and emailed to sales@justlabels.co.za along with your proof of payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept telephonic orders.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept either EFT or Credit Card Payments. We do not accept cash on delivery.
HOW WILL MY ORDER REACH ME AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Please be advised that we have a +/- 5 working day processing time before we dispatch your order. For details see delivery information.
WHY MUST I SUPPLY PROOF OF PAYMENT?
In the event that you do not use our online payment process, we require proof of payment in order to assist us in timeously attending to your orders. Please ensure that you use your JL order number as the reference for your payment.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
WHAT LABELS SHOULD I ORDER AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
For a first-time buyer, we recommend the starter pack as it is a cost effective pack with all labels required for the school year.
SHOULD I TAKE IRON-ON OR SEW-ON CLOTHING LABELS?
For boarders and frail care facilities we recommend Sew-On labels, as these are manufactured to withstand industrial washing machines. Our Iron-On labels can withstand temperatures of up to 60 degrees so are perfect for home washing.
WHAT LABELS CAN I USE ON LUNCH BOXES, BABY BOTTLES, JUICE BOTTLES, ETC?
Our large general labels and stationery labels are recommended as they are completely waterproof and dishwasher safe. Microwave sterilising is not recommended.
WILL THE PRINT ON MY LABELS RUB OFF?
We source high quality materials and put all our items through extensive quality testing to ensure superior performance. Provided the labels are used as per our recommendations, the print should not rub off. The print on your shoe labels will wear off if not covered with the clear shoe cover, as per the application instructions.
HOW DO I APPLY THE LABELS?
With each order you will receive an instruction sheet explaining how to use our products.
WHICH IS BETTER – FONT A OR FONT B?
Font B is in upper and lower case, specifically for children in the early grades. Both fonts are bold and clear as long as the name is not too long. You will be able to see this when you preview your label.
